September 6th – 13th   Team Leaders meet with Site Supervisors  
Wednesday, September 6th    ^ America Counts Returning Mentor Meeting (For those mentors who wish to help with New Mentor Training) 2-4 PM
Wednesday, September 6th     * Orientation for all AR*AC Employees 4-7 PM
Thursday, September 7th       * Orientation for all AR*AC Employees 4:30-7:30 PM
Saturday, September 9th Mandatory Team Leader Retreat 10am -3pm
Monday, September 11th     **   Primary Training for America Counts Mentors 2-5 PM
Tuesday, September 12th PGCPS Holiday – Schools closed  
Tuesday, September 12th     ** Primary Training for America Counts Mentors 2-4 PM
September 18th – 20th On-Site Orientations / Mentoring begins  
Monday, September 25th PGCPS Holiday – Schools Closed, no mentoring  
Monday, October 2nd Yom Kippur -  PGCPS Schools closed, no mentoring  
Wednesday, October 11th Training & Development for all AR*AC Employees 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Thursday, October 12th Training & Development for all AR*AC Employees 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Friday, October 20th PGCPS Holiday – Schools closed, no mentoring  
Friday, October 27th PGCPS Holiday – Schools closed, no mentoring  
Monday, November 6th PGCPS Holiday – Schools closed, no mentoring  
Tuesday, November 7th Election Day – PGCPS schools closed, no mentoring  
Wednesday, November 8th Training & Development for all AR*AC Employees 4:30-6:00pm

November 22nd – 24th PGCPS Holiday – Thanksgiving Break - Schools closed, no mentoring
